INSPECTIONS AND OTHER SERVICES CHECK POINTS
Our inspection and audit services are conducted in accordance with standardized work procedures and detailed checkpoints specific to each service type. All inspectors and auditors strictly follow these established standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of results.
In the case, a customer require additional checkpoints or specific evaluation criteria beyond our standard procedures, these requirements can be incorporated into the inspection or audit process at no additional cost. However, if the requested additions involve substantial extra effort, extended working time, or specialized expertise, our team will review the requirements and provide a customized quotation prior to execution.

Pre-production Inspection
Pre-production inspections ensure that all components and raw materials meet the required specifications and are available in the necessary quantities to support the manufacturing schedule. This service is particularly valuable when issues have arisen with materials or component substitutions, or when working with a new factory that needs to manage multiple inputs and subcontracted suppliers to provide them materials for the production process.
Check Points:
1. Verification of Raw Materials and Accessories
Our inspector verifies all raw materials, components, and accessories required for production to ensure they meet specified quality and conformity standards.
2. Random Sample Selection
A random selection of materials, components, and semi-finished products is conducted to provide an accurate and representative assessment of overall production quality.
3. Style, Color, and Workmanship Verification
The inspector carefully examines the style, color consistency, and workmanship of raw materials, components, and semi-finished products to confirm alignment with customer specifications.
4. Production Line and Environment Photos
Photographs of the production line and surrounding environment are taken to document operational conditions and overall factory organization.
5. Production Line Sample Audit
A brief audit of the production line is performed to evaluate production capacity and quality control systems, including an assessment of the 5M factors: Man, Machinery, Material, Method, and Environment.
6. Inspection Report
Upon completion, the inspector issues a detailed inspection report that documents all findings and includes photographic evidence. This report provides a clear overview of production readiness and confirms whether all elements are in place for successful completion according to customer requirements.

During Production Inspection
During production inspections aim to verify that the products meet the quality requirements and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This type of control is especially useful when recurring defects are detected, as it helps pinpoint the exact stage where issues arise and provides objective data to implement corrective actions that enhance efficiency and minimize production errors.
Check Points:
1. Production Status
Our inspector reviews the current production progress to verify that manufacturing is on schedule and aligned with the agreed timeline and quantity targets.
2. Production Line Evaluation and Timeline Verification
An evaluation of the production line setup, workflow efficiency, and manpower allocation is conducted to confirm that the timeline commitments can be met and that production processes are running smoothly.
3. Random Sampling of Semi-Finished and Finished Products
Random samples of semi-finished and finished products are selected and inspected to assess quality consistency, workmanship, and compliance with specifications.
4. Packaging and Packaging Materials
All packaging materials and methods are reviewed to ensure they meet client requirements and provide adequate protection for the products during storage and transportation.
5. Overall Assessment and Recommendations
A comprehensive assessment summarizing key findings, potential risks, and actionable recommendations is provided to give the client a clear understanding of production performance and quality status.

Pre-shipment Inspection
After the production is completed, a Pre-shipment Inspection can be conducted to verify that the goods have been manufactured according to the customer contract/invoice. This is our most requested inspection. It’s especially effective when working with suppliers with whom there is already prior experience and the client knows the percentage of mistakes will be from minimum to zero. For new suppliers, we recommend at least 1 during production inspection and one final pre-shipment inspection.
Check Points:
Quantity Verification: The inspector confirms that the total quantity of goods matches the purchase order and shipping documents.
Final Random Inspection: Random samples are selected from the shipment to assess overall product quality, consistency, and conformity with specifications.
Packaging, Labeling, and Instruction Verification: Packaging materials, product labels, and instructions are reviewed to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Workmanship and Functional Testing: The inspector evaluates product workmanship and performs basic functionality tests to verify performance and appearance standards.
Measurement of Size and Weight: Product dimensions and weights are measured and compared against specified tolerances.
Carton Drop Test: Carton strength and durability are tested through standardized drop procedures to confirm adequate product protection during transport.
Barcode Verification: Barcodes are scanned and checked for readability and accuracy.
Carton Sealing: Final verification is performed to ensure cartons are properly sealed and ready for shipment.
Piece by Piece Inspection
During the Piece by Piece Inspection all of the above check points are performed but not just in randomly selected cartons but in 100% of the goods .

Container Loading Supervision
During a Loading Supervision, QSP Solutions’ technical team meticulously oversees each stage of the loading process to ensure full compliance with the quantities and specifications stipulated in the contract. This inspection constitutes the final verification step to confirm that all of the client requirements, such as quantity, product integrity, packaging standards, and container conditions, are fully satisfied prior to shipment
Check Points:
Weather and Arrival Record: Document the weather conditions, container arrival time, shipping container number, and vehicle transportation number.
Container Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct a thorough inspection of the container’s exterior and interior to identify any damage, moisture, perforations, or unusual odors that could indicate mold or rot.
Quantity and Carton Condition Verification: Verify the total quantity of goods and assess the condition of all shipping cartons to ensure they are intact and meet packing standards.
Random Sample Verification: Randomly select sample cartons to confirm that the packaged products inside correspond to the order specifications and labeling requirements.
Supervision of Loading: Monitor the entire loading process to ensure proper handling of goods, minimize the risk of damage, and optimize space utilization within the container.
Container Sealing: Secure the container designated customs seal once loading is complete.
Seal and Departure Record: Record all seal numbers, along with the container’s departure time, as part of the final inspection documentation.
